Time flies

These past few weeks since I last posted have gone by in a blur. Nathan spent 12 hours last Sunday at church, going to several meetings, a ward conference, and an additional ward. He is really enjoying his stake calling but I think that 12 hours was enough, even for him. I on the other hand recently found out I'm allergic to Nickle Sulfate, which is in such things as stainless steel appliances, green pool table felt and more! I did a allergy patch test last week, which consists of three big stickers placed on your back, with rows and columns of different chemicals that are in everyday products. Nickle Sulfate was my worst reaction. I personally laughed when my doctor told me about the green pool table felt, and when Nathan found out, he simply replied "I guess we'll have to just by the red ones!". School is going well for both of us, Nathan is doing awesome at starting his homework early so it doesn't build up, I tend to wait til the last minute. Its really scary to me to think that in May we'll be graduated, I think that's why I've lost my motivation for homework. Who knows what new adventures we'll begin after graduation! I am really grateful for all the friends we've met along the way, being in Logan has brought such joy to my life and blessed me in many ways.

5k attempt

Nathan and I decided to go to the MSA (married student association) institute activity this morning which was a 5k. Due to our lack of sweet running skills, we thought it best to avoid injury and to walk it. We made it around one lap of the course when we decided that breakfast sounded better than lap 2, so we cheated. Breakfast was delicious. The rest of the day was spent chillin in our jammies, doing homework and being completely lazy. Its a recreational sport college students dominate.

Here is what we are currently working on: Nathans working on his final fantasy game and steph is avoiding finishing a portrait ( its of nathan when he was about 2)

Welcome one and all

Everyone has been trying to get us to start a blog, so we finally caved. I hope none of you expect marvels because needless to say I'm not the most computer savvy individual. In fact, trying to set our blog up was quiet a frustrating ordeal for me. Nathan was somewhat helpful and ever so mellow about the whole ordeal. I hope all of you will be patient as we try to add a variety of things. For all those who know my art, you know that this will be a work in progress, and never perfect enough for my liking. We welcome you into our lives and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
