For our combined birthday gifts we purchased a travel system for Lentil. Nathan was excited because it arrived on his birthday- so it truly was a birthday gift! We had been researching travel systems for weeks, checking out safety ratings and recalls. We found this Chicco travel system (Chicco has some of the highest safety ratings) for an INCREDIBLE deal- like such a smokin' hot deal we could not pass it up (think Graco prices and you'll know how sweet of a deal it was). We were so excited we put it together yesterday and we've already installed the base in our car!

OMG! So Chicco car seats are soooo awesome b/c you can adjust the straps from the front instead of the back!!! I'm sooo jealous!!! I didn't really do my "homework" when I looked for a travel system for Parker, so we just got something "cute" & now that I know what's good, I'm so mad with the big bulky travel system we are stuck with! Oh well, maybe with the next one we'll find an excuse to buy a new system. P.S. you are still so small! Lucky! That baby "fat" will fall out when the baby does!
We love our Chicco carseat and stroller! Good choice! The only thing with ours was the carseat was SO heavy. When Josie got bigger it was quite difficult to carry her in it. But we love how easy it was to click it into the base.
Steph, You look great. The new car seats and chair look great. Your baby is so lucky to have you and nate for great parents. I am glad you are doing good.
Awesome stroller set! Great quality for sure.
When you think about it, we really don't have that much longer...
Maybe I should start getting my hospital bag together.
